Rick Cannizzaro has established himself in many art mediums including Oil Pastels and Acrylics
He was juried into the prestigious "Oil Pastel Association" in 1994 and he has continued expanding his knowledge of this medium to the present day.His portraits included civic leaders,members of congress, and also college presidents. Also, his Acrylic paintings have been seen in many galleries and have caught the attention of national publishers.
Rick's artistic design abilities have been commissioned to design TV studio sets for PBS and the DIY networks.
His inspiration for his paintings comes from nature, anywhere from the beach to his own backyard.
